new things this week.1

I'm going to start a new thing every week, since I have a tendency to not post for weeks I'm going to give updates.

Number 1: I got my Driver's permit! First try and I completely passed the test, and I've slowly been practicing driving around empty school parking lots. More like practicing once a week.

Number 2: Went to my Aunt's baby shower. Marilia had a glow about her and the baby boy she was carrying, but didn't take any pictures because my camera's battery died and my mom forgot her own. I can't wait to have another baby to babysit and get a chance to earn money.

Number 3: I'm dog sitting this week, and she is the cutest puppy boxer in the world. However, she has so much energy I keep on having to go to bed early just to keep up with her.

Number 4: I've been watching more movies than working on finishing my last summer assignment. So that means a lot of Movie Muses posts to come. And I've also been trying to borrow or buy 500 Days of Summer and Pirate Raido to watch. However, from hat I've seen for clips is that they both look great.

Number 5: I've also been reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollow because I've been addicted to the previews. Also picked up some classics to read; for instance To Kill a Mockingbird, and The Catcher in the Rye.
Number 6: I've also been doing some major shopping. So a lot more newer outfit posts to come, if I get around doing them.

Number 7: While walking my dog one afternoon I've discovered this small trail going into this little patch of woods that I'm going to go explore. Hopefully not alone; I plan on finding a friend go with me.

Number 8: A fellow blogger is having a giveaway. She is the main reason why I've started my own blog and to follower her in the beginning when she had just 27 followers and to see her go to 100 is pretty cool. It's like knowing someone before he or she was famous. Well Maggie of Lifesize Paperdoll is having a 5-dress giveaway and I hope you enter in it. Moive Muse.1

Alright, I know I promised some pictures of July 4th, but I'm sorry to say I didn't feel like taking any decent ones because my family decided to do nothing, but watch some movies. We watched Bye Bye Birdie which is such a cute musical to watch.
I was going to make a post dedicated to the entire 60s fashion for both men and women because for some reason I'm just really fascinated with the entire era, and even the 50s for that matter. However, this post is a movie muse after the great Disney Channel movie High School Musical. Now some think High School Musical is so fake and stupid, but I on the other hand love it because I love musicals and am fascinated with how people can break out in song and dance. Now I'm going to talk about the fashion of Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez.

Their characters and their real-life personalities are so cute together. If I actually knew them I would say their perfect together. Now I think Zac Efron is so great as an actor and as a singer plus he is very cute too; I think of him as the next John Travolta acting wise that is. I loved him when he was in the remake of Hairspray, which I will dedicate another post to soon because i really want to do one on Hairspray. Anyway I'm not the hugest fan of Vanessa Anne Hudgens, which I can give you an entire list why, but I want to go see this movie coming out soon called Beastly which is a spin off of Beauty and the Beast.

Well I could probably write a whole paper on these two actors, but that would be boring and unnecessary. Now I was watching High School Musical 3 last night on Disney Channel and I couldn't help but like all of the outfits this couple was wearing. For instance the picture above was really cute especially her floral dress, I'm a sucker for florals. Now I wish I could get a better picture, but if you've seen the movie and all of them for that matter then you'll understand which dress I'm talking about. She has this entire bohemian look to herself with her wavy hair.

Somehow their outfits seem to compliment each other which makes them look even cuter together as a couple especially in the 2nd and 3rd movie; I guess the wardrobe department really wanted to show how similar hey are. Now this would be an even bigger post with pictures, but there isn't a lot on the web so if I find more then I'll add it to this post. But before I end this one I want to show my favorite picture with my favorite outfit and song out of the 3rd movie.

I don't know how to explain it without making this post huge, but its such an amazing dress and the tuxedo is very great and classy also. My favorite songs are the prom number, the rehearsal song they sing after the prom number, the waltzing song, and the tree house song. However the best one is the one Troy Bolton sings, Scream, which is so great out of the entire movie. All it does is show that Zac Efron is an amazing actor.
I can't wait for his next movie; I'm expecting that I'll need tissues for Charlie St. Cloud. So expect the next movie muse post to be about Hairspray because I just love that movie! My homecoming dress looks like it was made for that movie, it has a beautiful color pallet with all of mix shades of blues, greens, and yellows in floral. I'll post a picture of it, but so far I can't figure out what shoes to wear with it, or even how I'll wear my hair. All I know is I'm going to look great for homecoming 2010!

I'm Still Alive!

Alright, I've been gone for a couple of days or more like weeks, but good news I'm still alive! I even have blue nails to prove that there is a new me. Happy 4Th of July by the way! Don't fret I'll have some pictures of tonight to show for it, i just don't have any decent ones right now. However, there is news I'm going to participate in Chictopia's Teen Vogue Wardrobe Remix. I've been meaning to take pictures of this amazing outfit I've put together I just couldn't find a photographer, but now I have one thanks to Ikram. Now the next post won't be an outfit, but more on my crazy family on the 4th of July.

Until then I'll talk about my summer so far. My brain is still being fried by the english assignment I'm working on I've currently been reading the Teen Vogue Handbook, which is inspiring to read about jobs in the fashion industry.

I had no idea there where so many jobs in the industry, I just don't know if I'll ever be in that industry. I really like the styling, photography, and editorial sections because it revolves on all of the important things behind the camera. I recommend picking up a copy just to read.

Also, I've been enjoying ice cream and chinese food as you can see in this picture.

I would show you my chinese food dinner, but I don't want you to see how unhealthy it is because I'm suppose to be watching what I eat for the summer because of dance. However, my fortune cookie said that God will give me everything I want. Which is a pretty good sign. I've also been addicted to strawberry ice cream lately for some reason.


Also I've bought some awesome shoes. Here they are

I can't wait to wear them! I even wore them for about 4 hours and they were comfortable and easy to walk in.





Oh I've been studying up for something amazing. My driver permit which I can receive on the 23rd of this month when I'll be officialy 15 and 1/2. I can't wait! I'm excited and nervous that I'll fail like one of my brothers. Here is the booklet. . . .

I couldn't help putting the Ray Bans I got fixed with them. I'm not even close to getting through the whole thing because I always get distracted for some reason. Haha, but I know who might be the reason this culprit.


But he makes up for it by being so cute! Alright, I'm going to tell you news that cannot leave this blog. I plan on "borrowing" my mom's nikon camera for clearer and better pictures to post on here. Just don't tell her.
